Ingredients

Onions, thinly sliced

Beef broth

Worcestershire sauce

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Sub rolls or cooked egg noodles for serving

Instructions

Place meatballs and sliced onions in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, mix together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meatballs and onions.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Serve meatballs and onions in sub rolls for sandwiches or over cooked egg noodles. Garnish with fresh chopped chives
