Ingredients

Fettuccine pasta

Heavy cream

Grated Parmesan cheese

Butter

Cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Place meatballs in the slow cooker.

Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour Alfredo sauce over meatballs in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.

Serve meatballs and Alfredo sauce over cooked fettuccine. Garnish with fresh parsley
