Cloves garlic, minced
Crushed red pepper flakes
Chicken broth
Chopped sundried tomato
Heavy cream
Grated parmesan cheese
Cooked orzo pasta
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
In skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in broth, tomatoes, cream, and Parmesan; season with salt. Bring to a simmer.
Add meatballs and continue to simmer and stir until meatballs are hot, about 10-13 minutes and serve over cooked orzo pasta.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
