Ingredients

Cooked rice

Steamed broccoli florets

Bell pepper, sliced

Carrot, shredded

Sweet Thai chili sauce 

Green onions, sliced

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the cooked meatballs.

Pour the sauce over the meatballs and toss to coat.

Add steamed broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, and shredded carrot to the skillet.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are heated through.

Serve meatballs and vegetables over cooked rice.

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
