Ingredients

Angus Beef Meatballs (or any variety of Cooked Perfect® Meatballs.)

Pappardelle pasta cooked

Diced tomatoes fire roasted, drained

Red onion, diced

Feta cheese, crumbled

Fresh mint, shredded

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Bake Meatballs according to package directions.
Combine warm pasta, tomato, onion, feta and olive oil and stir well to combine.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with mint leaves. Serve and enjoy.
