Ingredients

6-inch Sub rolls

Marinara sauce (per roll)

Mozzarella cheese (per roll)

Fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake meatballs until internal temperature of 165°F.

Slice sub roll part way through to create a hinge.

Top sub roll with 3 meatballs, marinara, mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with parsley. 

Return to oven to melt cheese and toast roll.
